The occupy movement meets Tirol.
The text: Where is the place, where the devil bears its' children?
where is the place where eveything comes together?
Where is the fire, hey, where is lightning striking now?
Where is the cabin, which barn is burning down... (straw on fire)
Everyone knows that money doesn't grow in the fields.
And you can't eat it, but it burns very well. (in this case double meaning... burn=spend)
But we're burning up the wheat and the beets and the corn, (wasting it)
And if we keep going on, it will be too late. (colloquialism, your hat will burn).
There's more about people stealing money, and they should go to the devil. It's really difficult dialect.
Art imitates life. The artist is Hubert von Goisern. nearly forgot to prop him.
