We had some wind here yesterday...

Like I've seldom seen here before. The howling woke me up, even. The radio warned everyone not to leave the house unless it was really necessary. But I went to work... It caused a lot of damage. And that new housing project and office building up the street that was nearly finished?

Whaddaya know.... Turns out that acrylic 'skin' wasn't any too sturdy.....

The architect didn't reckon with Mother Nature, hey. Am glad I live in an old building...



And that was one huge fir tree that got uprooted....
