I've heard of this person before...
Yup, that is what the city needs, all right.... We used to have a guy named Waluliso who ran through Vienna in a toga and a bay leaf crown, and preach peace. He was bat-shit crazy. But funny, and sort of delightful. The name was an acronym, for the four elements in German.

I had run across him on the internet before, and thought he was a bit crazy.
I liked the interview. He is just 'different', but not bat-shit crazy.
