Finally a flash mob with a purpose... and is good...

I like creative activism... It can be fun. Really, as long as you aren't hurting anyone.... seeminly, people in San Francisco got involved in a union fight as some hotels underpay over there, and do not provide health care benefits for their employees. So they held a flash mob in the hotel lobby of one of the most egregious offenders. It's a funny thing, hotel work is... you really get a MESS of grief from some people, the pay sort of sucks, no matter where it is in the world, they get taken over by corporate interests, and they are just cut-throat arseholes. And you work the weekends, and the horridays, and they find a way to cut your bonus money for doing that, but it is like working in a hospital, and if they want to cut to make more profit, you say 'thank you', and just do it because you LIKE what you are doing, you know?

I was so fucking pissed off when I found out that the new people listed us as 'gay-friendly' on several sites. Maybe they thought I was their token gay go-to person, or something. Not that anyone else would have been offensive, or something.

Well... I am really coping with lots of things at the moment. But I love this clip, and praise the brass balls and ovaries who try to help those hotel workers there. The persons involved had 2 agendas.... help the hotel workers get a decent contract and health care..... and warn gay people not to stay there as Gay Pride weeks are coming up, and you do not give monies to people who basically hate you. Good goal.

I want to see a better one where people damn BP to hell, and if you gas up.... don't buy there.
