I got up too early, and checked in with Rachel Maddow, couldn't sleep any more. It woke me right up, all right. Just the end of the president's speech SET ME OFF. Prayer is the solution????? That's it????? Really????

Evading the issues? Oh, please. This is already going to be a horrendous day. It is raining very hard, just to accentuate how 'wonderful' it's gonna be.

I will have more to say later today. My suggestion after that horrendous end to the speech from the Oval Office? He should change that 'God Bless America' number and go to Charles Dickens. 'God Bless Us Every One!' As if that's gonna help... (written with disgust).
